Free shipping

Shipping is free on every Iris order, with no minimum spend, to destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to check availability.

Where your order ships from

Iris is operated by LO Commerce Ltd in the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched directly to you from our manufacturing facilities in China.

Your purchase is with Iris. Contact admin@byiris.store for help with your order, delivery or a return.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from ordering, including made-to-order production and shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For UK consumer orders, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made unless another delivery period has been agreed with you. Your legal rights if delivery is late are not affected.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. For an address correction, delivery question, missing parcel or damaged delivery, email admin@byiris.store with your order details.

Cancellations and returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy for our 14-day return-request window, the further time allowed to send eligible returns back, and your statutory rights. A fulfilled or dispatched order can still be subject to a legal cancellation or return right.
