Our colour browsing describes appearance, not metal composition. Always check the material and finish information on the individual product page.

How does Find Your Iris work?

Describe what you want, then refine type, colour, style, occasion or budget. The finder checks real product information and available options. If a detail cannot be verified, it will not be treated as a confirmed match.

Where can I see my orders?

Sign in to your account using the email address used at checkout. Guest checkout is available.

How can I cancel or request a return?

Use your account to view an order and available request options, or contact us. Any mandatory cancellation or faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.
